More Male Or Female In Malaysia?


I believe many people have heard that there are more female than male in the world, right?

Is it the same in Malaysia?

The answer: NO.

In a research, it shows that Malaysia's population is 27,561,821.
Out of the 27.6 millions people,
14,112,667 people are male,
while 13,454,154 people are female.
The number of male exceeds the number of female by 658,513.
In other word,
the number of male is 5% more than the number of female.

The research also shows that the average life for male is 72 years while 76.8 years for female.
Good news for female?
