Tottenham Hotspur vs Queens Park Rangers

Surprise?! Suddenly I post about football.

It has been a long time I didn't really watch football. I used to be a fans of football. I After Form 5, I didn't really watch much football and after World Cup 2006, I stopped watching football like before. Even in World Cup 2010, I watched only one full match on live which is the match between Korea and Argentina.

I have some friends who asked me whether will I watch football again, I said, probably not.

But now, I concern about the performance of Queens Park Rangers (QPR). I guess some of my friends notice that I do post the result of QPR in my Facebook sometimes. However, I didn't ever watch any match of QPR on live before yet.

Last week, QPR defeated Chelsea. It surprised a lot of people. This round, QPR is going to play against Tottenham Hotspur, another team which is quite strong. Will miracle happen again? It's hard, but I still hope that it will happen.

By the way, when I told some of my friends that I support QPR now, it surprises people. Mostly, people will support stronger team like Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal, Real Madrid or Barcelona.

Why I support QPR?

Yea, it's because Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Dr. Tony Fernandes, CEO of Airasia Berhad, a person wh0 I call him as THE BEST CEO IN MALAYSIA.

He bought 66% of QPR in the mid of August. When I listened to the news, I felt so surprised when the news reporting that he has bought the shares of QPR. I know that he is interested in football industry, especially English Premier League (EPL), but still, I felt surprise of it.

I wondered how will be QPR perform until the end of the season. I hope QPR can end the season with the ranking better than 15th.

Anyway, we will know it at the end of the season.

Overall, it's just standard. It tastes okay and its price is standard.

Deepavali Open House At Time Square, Penang.

Today is an important day for Hindus. It's Deepavali! Deepavali, also called as 'Festival of Light', is one of the most important festival for Hindus. It's celebrated between mid-October and mid-November. Today, it falls on today.

There is an open house hosted in Time Square, Penang, from 11am to 2pm. As I didn't have work, I manage to give it a visit.

Around Time Square, there are quite a number of temples. I saw a lot of Hindus were being there. I can feel how important this festival to them.

In this open house, I can see there are quite a lot of people attending. And the people attended are not just Hindus. I can see there are various people from various races and religions gathered there. That's what should be seen in Malaysia, right?

Well, let's look at photos to see how's the open house.

Bloggers Gathering At Z Classroom, Penang's Time Square

It is a late post again. I went for a bloggers gathering last Sunday (15 October 2011). That gathering was at Z Classroom, Penang's Time Square. It's just at the ground floor, near to Maybank there.

Z Classroom has just opened last month. So, I felt good to have the gathering there.

The concept of Z Classroom is 'classroom' as we can see from the name. Well, the shop is designed based on classroom. It gives us a scene to bring us back to our childhood, which is a happy moment for a lot of people.

Remember this thing? Blackboard.

There is also a cupboard where we can put our thing inside.

See this, notice board which we stick the works of the students. Remember?

Haha. See this, quite interesting.

And also, did you draw your table with correction pen (or more commonly, we called it liquid paper). Now, you have the chance to do it again!

Besides, you can go upstairs as well. And also, there is a VIP room upstairs.

So, it's quite a nice place for gathering right? About 15 bloggers attended that gathering, and we was talking, playing and enjoying the moment very much.

And we had cakes and some coffee for our tea time and some of them drank beer. Anyway, the cake tastes quite nice.

Time flied. Very fast, the gathering came to the end, we took a group photo before we left. Sadly, not all bloggers attended that day are in the photos, some left earlier and didn't appear in the photos.

Looking forward for the next bloggers gathering.

Then to make it back to normal, jus tpress 'Alt' + 'Ctrl' + 'Up'.

What Made Me Smiled In My Second Day of Working

Today is my second day of working.

Yeah! I managed to wake up at 6 am again. After I woke up, didn't know why, my brain straight doing some calculation. Then I realized that, due to go for work, I have only 2 to 3 hours per day for me to do my things during weekday, it's totally very little. I should appreciate my weekend!

Today, nothing special in my work. But again, something make me smile again today. Yesterday, it is the selfish uncle made me smiled. How about today?

I went McD to have my lunch today. I ordered a set lunch and I ordered Coke-Light as my drink. However, Coke was served for me. Anyway, I didn't realized that. And, I won't blame them as well even I knew, as there were a lot of customers that time, they might make mistake.

However, while I was eating, surprisingly, the person who took my order approached me with a Coke-Light on hand. He apologized and told me that he made the mistake. I told him I already started drinking that cup of Coke. He told me that I can refill for Coke-Light afterward. I was happy with his service, and he was so polite.

My joy didn't stop there. After I finished my set lunch, I went toward the counter. That guy saw me, and quickly asked the crew to refill a Coke-Light for me. I returned him with a nice smile. I am really enjoy the moment. This is called 'CUSTOMER SERVICE'.

As Jace jie commented in my previous post, First Day of My Working Life, 'sometime smile is easy to get from the simple thing around us', it's pretty true, just two simple things happened to me yesterday and today, but both two matters made me smiled.

First Day of My Working Life

I believe those who are following what's happening on me know that I started my working life today. I am back to the war of auditing.

To avoid from late, I departed from my house at 7 o'clock. I reached KOMTAR very early. And I reached my new workplace at around 8.10 am. This morning, I received messages from people to wish me all the best in my jobs. Seriously, I appreciate that. Thanks to you all ya!

I believe some of people want to know how's my first day of working.

I have nothing much to comment, just can say, it's a working life. That's all.

Actually, I wondered and worried how late will I reach home after work. Now, I have the answer. I reached home at around 7.20 pm today. Luckily the traffic wasn't too heavy. Anyway, something make me smile on the way back home. Guess what's that? Haha. Actually, it's just a simple thing. The bus is full of people. At a station, a passenger got down and there was a empty seat. I didn't make any move toward it although I was the nearest person to the seat, because there was an old uncle there. Suddenly, he gave me a signal to ask me to sit down. I returned him another signal to give him that seat. And he finally took the seat. So, what made me smile? Well, I am happy to see the uncle is so selfless.

Tomorrow is going to be my second day in Honglim & Associates. I hope I can adopt to work in that firm. Good luck to me ya.

Final Day Before My New Working Life

I am going to start my new working life tomorrow. I mentioned in my previous post, 'Going To Work Soon', I was trying to adjust my sleeping time. I failed it twice, but I made it this morning. I successfully woke up at 6 am. I hope tomorrow I can wake up on time too.

So, today is the final day for me before start my new working life.

I went out with my cousin and her husband in the morning. We went for breakfast and then Kek Lok Si.

We actually planned to go Penang Hill after Kek Lok Si. Unfortunately, time isn't allow, I was going to attend a blogger event. So, I left them after having lunch together, and they went Penang Hill themselves.

There was a gathering of bloggers in Z Classroom, Time Square at 3.30 pm.

It was a nice event. We were chatting while forgetting the time. When I was about to leave, I realized it was already about 5.30pm.

I am going to blog about this gather in next few days. Stay tune.

Going To Work Soon

Finally, I am going back to working life again. Tomorrow is the final day for me before start working.

I wonder how will my new working life be. Thinking back my previous work (my internship), it seems left me a bad memory. I felt so stress during my internship. I don't know will such life repeats. I hope I could manage my new work.

My new employer is Honglim & Associates. It locates at Wisma KGN, near to jetty and Komtar. I am going to work by taking bus. I am not sure what's the best time for me to depart from house yet. I am not sure with the traffic and so on. So, to be more conservative, I think I am going to wait bus at 6.45 am or 7 am.

Another problem, I wonder can I wake up on time. I plan to wake up at 6 am. I tried to adjust my sleeping time to 11 pm to 6am. I started trying to adjust since Thursday.

Thursday, I slept at around 11pm.
Friday, I woke up at around 7am.
FAILED

Friday, I slept at around 11 pm.
Saturday, I woke up at around 1 am, then I failed to sleep until 2 something.
Then, I woke up at 7 something.
FAILED again

Let's see what time I can wake up tomorrow.

Mr. Xu Shi Ying's Arts

After read from Applefish's blog, I went Time Square last Saturday to see the arts by Mr. Xu Shi Ying.

Okay, now, let's the pictures do the talking.

Wonderful art, isn't it?

Well, there is one thing that even make me say 'WOW'. Let's see this.

Don't know what's it, right?

Let's move closer.

Still couldn't see it clearly, right? That's why magnifiers were provided there.

Amazing isn't it? He can make such a tiny art. It's so wonderful.
