Legoland Malaysia

I know it is late, but late better than never, right?

I went Johor for Power Root Berhad's AGM 2 weeks ago. Besides going for the AGM, I took the chance to vistit to Legoland as well.

In my Johor trip, I stayed in Tune Hotel. They provide shuttle van for us to go Legoland.

We departed from Tune Hotel at 9.30am. It took us about 20 minutes to reach there.

When we reached there, we notice the 'Legoman' and staffs were having mroning exercise with the visitors before it opens for the visitors.

We started by playing in the theme park. I didn't manage to take a lot of photos in the theme park as most of the time spent in playing.

We played until 1pm and took a break for lunch. After the break, we spent our time on visiting the models/structures built with the lego blocks. Some looks very nice. Some looks very real.

I spent about 2 hours in taking photo. But sadly, the weather was too hot. I had to stay under the hot sun to take all the photos.

We got out from the park at about 4.30pm and waited for the shuttle to get back to Tune Hotel at 5.30pm.

In overall, I would rate 3 out of 5 stars for Legoland. It's more suitable for family trip.

Anyway, this trip means a lot to me! Why? Secret. But I guess those who close to me know why it is meaningful.

First Time On Langkawi Island

Cool, today is my first time going to Langkawi Island! Seriously, I never went Langkawi Island. I went to Payar Island before. Last time, I went there directly from Penang Island to Payar Island instead of taking ferry from Langkawi Island to Payar Island.

Anyway, it wasn't a holiday vacation, but a working trip. I was assigned a task on Langkawi Island. After our task and lunch, I bought some chocolates. Thereafter, we left Langkawi Island. So, I just have photo on jetty and ships. Anyway, let's pictures talk and give me a rest after traveling for long hours on ship.

Tropical Spice Garden, Penang.

It was quite a late post.

My friends and I went to Tropical Spice Garden beginning of this month. After such a long time, only I blog about it.

Tropical Spice Garden is located at Teluk Bahang, Penang. The place it situated was actually a place that it was once being abandoned. Thereafter, David and Rebecca Wilkinson together with a talented team transformed it into this garden with unique design and soul into a remarkable eco-tourism venture.

This garden was actually taking 1.5 years to complete. the work involved work of harmonising over 500 species of tropical flora. They preserve much of the original indigenous flora and fauna while maintaining the original topography of the site. A lot of trees were left undisturbed, which become good shelters for the visitors. The team has also re-routed the water from a waterfall nearby. We can hear a the voice water at many corners inside the garden.

Okay, let's see how Tropical Spice Garden looks like.

This is the counter where we make payment.

The prices as stated as their website are as follow:
- Family (2 adults and up to 3 children) : RM35 (self-guided), RM55 (guided tour)
- Adult : RM14 (self-guided), RM22 (guided tour)
- Child : RM8 (self-guided), RM8 (guided tour)

I actually not really sure with the price, as we actually went there with the vouchers I bought from group purchase, Everyday.

Besides visiting the garden, there is also a restaurant and a shop for you to buy the products.

We didn't take our lunch over there, so there is no photo for the restaurant.

It's quite a nice trip. However, it rained at the middle of our trip. Or else, I guess we will stay there for longer time.

Turtles And Tortoises At Segari

After two days trips to Pangkor Island, it's the final day of our trip.
On the morning of 4th July, some of them had taken bus to back home.
We, 6 of us, were the final group that left Ceng Lim's home.
Ceng Lim brought us to see turtles before we left.

(To those who left us earlier, I hope you will jealous on us. Wakakakak)

We were finally there,
Pusat Pungurusan Penyu Panjang Segari!

Let's go see the turtles!

Know what is this place?
This place is the place to protect the turtles' eggs.

Unfortunately, we weren't allowed to get it.
Or else, I could capture some photos of the eggs.

Prik.... Priak....

The little turtles got out from the eggs.

Let's see.

Are them cute?

Hey, look at this! What's happening?

Was it injured? or what?

Let's rescue it!

Ting Tang!

Magic!

Small turtles become big turtles now.

Let me show you something.

Nice?

Hey! We found something interesting!

Turtles are actually the living dinosaurs?????

After seeing the turtles, let's visit some other friends, TORTOISES.

I found another interesting stuff here!

You know what's the interesting part?

I moved right and left to capture its photos.
And it kept looking on the camera.

Can I say tortoise actually loves taking photos too?
