Pulau Payar Marine Park

Thanks to Langkawi Saga Travel & Tour Sdn Bhd, I have a chance to visit to Pulau Payar Marine Park.

Including me, there are 6 people joined the trip.

Who are the others?

Here they are.
1. Calvyn
2. Sher Ming
3. Ray
4. Wai Hoe
5. Kelvin

We gathered at the jetty at 7.30 a.m. and took ferry to there.

Where is Payar Island?

It locates between Penang Island and Langkawi Island. It took us about 2 hours to reach there.

Here is out destination, the platform for the Pulau Payar Marine Park.

After we reached there, we were given a briefing about the facilities over there. They briefed us also some rule and regulation as well as the safety announcement.

Now, it's time to get start enjoying!

Wai Hoe brought some breads. Let's go! Let's feed the fishes!

See?

The fishes are eating.

Cool! We can see the fishes clearly. The water is so clean! I love the sea VERY MUCH! If you want me to sit there for seeing fishes and do nothing else, no problem! I love seeing it. The scene is so beautiful!

Not enough?

Nevermind, we can still go to see the fishes underwater without surfing.

They provides also boat for us to go around the sea. We can enjoy the beautiful scenery there. And, we can even see the beautiful coral by travel out to the sea.

It's time for me to play. I actually don't know how to swim. But, it's ok, they provide some safety facilities for us. Yeah! This is first time I 'swim'. Well, it's a nice experience.

Ting tong!

My stomach is ringing. Let's have some food. Buffet is provided on the platform.

After satisfied my stomach, it's time for beach. We took boat to a beach near by. Cool! Again, the scenery is really nice! I love it so much! I feel so relax over there.

Look!

What's these?!

SHARK!

Yo! It's first time I see shark with my eye!

Enjoyable moment passes faster. Our trip came to the end. We took ferry back to Penang.

Let's go there and have some shop!

I Want To Buy

Recently,
my desire of buying things is getting strong.

I recently joined a trip with some bloggers.
I was the only person without a camera there.
Previously,
I took photo with my handphone.
Since I lost my handphone,
I have nothing to take photo.

All the bloggers in the trip were shooting photo with their SLR camera.
It made my desire to buy an SLR camera getting stronger.
I really wish I can buy it.
But SLR camera seems to be expensive.

Another thing,
badminton racket.

I went Queensbay Mall yesterday.
I walked into a shop which sells sport equipment.
I saw the racket which I wish to buy it for a long time,
Yonex Carbonex 20.
To know more about this racket,

It costs about more than RM200.
Perhaps some people may think it isn't expensive,
but for me,
it's not a small amount.

When can I buy the SLR camera and the racket?
I hope I can buy it soon.

Malaysia Has 3 Gold Medals Now

Now, Malaysia is at ranking number 9
with 3 gold medals, 3 silver medals and 4 bronze medals.

How far can Malaysia make in this Asian Games?
Last Asian Games in Doha,
Malaysia successfully made it at 11st place
with 8 golds medals, 17 silvers medals and 17 bronze medals.

Can Malaysia perform better this time?
I hope so!

Malaysia Boleh!

A Food Mall in Penang's Time Square

I read about this at 'a food mall to spice up Penang' by The Star Online.

20 outlet will be set up as a food court under phase 1.
It is expected to be done by the end of next month.

Under phase 2,
there will be cafes and restaurants,
including Tao Buffet Cuisine Restaurant.

As we can see now,
Penang's Time Square looks cool now.
Perhaps,
this plan make create visitors for Time Square.

It the plan is successful.
And First Avenue (which is going to start operate soon) able to attract a lot of visitors,
then,
Georgetown can be even more popular.

Remember,
Penang is famous with nice food!

Whether can it succeed or not,
we will know it soon.

Good luck to Time Square!

A Simple Maths Question That Many Highly Educated People Get It Wrong

I bought a book at RM8.
After I read it, I sold it to my Alex at the price of RM9.
But, I regretted and purchased from Alex at RM11 again.
Thereafter, I sold it to Alvin at RM12.

So, how much did I earn or loss?

Answer: RM2 profit

Let's assume that I have RM10 at the beginning.

Bought at RM8: RM2 left.
Sold at RM9: RM11 left.
Bought at RM11: RM0 left.
Sold at RM12: RM12 left.

I got RM12 now.
Comparing to RM10 that I have at the beginning,
I earned RM2.

Interesting Maths Calculation 2

Here is another maths calculation again.

Let's try this.

97 x 92 = ????

This question can't be solved by using my previous method in 'Interesting Maths Calculation 1'.

So,
can we still calculate it in a short time?

Yea,
you can!

Let me show you another method.
This method is useful when it come to multiple where it close to 100.

97 x 92

First, we use 100 to minus both of the number.

97 ---> 3
92 ---> 8

Secondly, you may use 97 to deducted by 8 or 92 deducted by 3.

97 - 8 = 89
92 - 3 = 89

Either one.

Thirdly, multiple up both numbers of 3 and 8.

3 x 8 = 24.

Forth, combine both numbers.

8924

Get what I mean?

Let's try another one.

88 x 92 = ????

Step 1:
100 - 88 = 12
100 - 92 = 8

Step 2:
88 - 8 = 80
or
92 - 12 = 80

Step 3:
12 x 8 = 96

Answer: 8096
