Cash Flow Board Game 101

I believe those who read Rich Dad Poor Dad may know a board game named Cash Flow. It is a board game created by the author, Robert Kiyosaki.

I wanted to play it since few years ago. I finally had the chance to play it. Calvyn (as host), Sherming, Sean, Eddy and I were playing in Asamu, Farlim today. Thanks to Calvyn for organising today's game. Thanks to him for looking for the venue. It's quite hard to look for a suitable venue as it needs a large table.

The game is a little bit like monopoly, where we buy property, earn rental and so on. But this one, is much greater one. It's more real. It gives us a chance to learn how to achieve financial freedom (passive income higher than our expenses). In the game, those whose make their passive income higher than expenses will get out from the stage one race and continue the stage two.

However, due to time constraint, we played only stage one. We took 3 hours in total to finish the game.

I successfully get out from the 'rat race' after approximately 2 and half hour. Yeah! I hope I could get out faster next time.

It's a nice game to play. I am looking for the next game!
