Google Reader is closed starting from 1 July 2013.
So this is the final week for Google Reader.
I felt sad when I knew this few months ago. I was wishing Google would change their mind. But it doesn't happen.
I am an active user of Google Reader. It helps me to follow people. I can view all the posts for all the blogs I follow through Google Reader. I don't need to go the blogs one by one to check for the updates.
It makes things easier right?
I view all in Google Reader. When I want to comment on something, I just need to click it, and it will link me to the blog.
As it come to the end, I have no choice, I need to add all the blogs I am followings into 'bookmark', and visit the blogs one by one starting from July.
I added new feature in my blog. If you are interested to follow me via e-mail, you can now do it. Just enter your email at 'follow by email' at the right hand side.

There are 9 main pillars for Responsible Blogging
1. Get Rewarded/Paid Ethically
- Bloggers are ought to get rewarded in many ways but have to be in ethical manner. Crowdpot (oganiser of Responsible Blogging 2013) provides the by far the most ethical approach to any sponsored blogpost.
2. Do check the verity of your information
- Blogger and blog are one. What has been
blogged would reflect blogger as a person. If data and facts are incorrect, it will tarnish blogger's credibility
greatly. No one wants to read a blog with wrong information.
3. Do regard your readers’ opinions
- No matter how strongly we hold onto a certain opinion, remember that there are other people who
treasure their opinions like us too. Always blog with an open mind.
4. Do know that blogger are answerable for his/her blog
- Bloggers might get carried away while blogging about an issue or just our thoughts on a certain dish, but
should when wrong information (by accident) was givin, just apologize. No harm in saying sorry. Plus, it
saves you the time and effort in defensing later.
5. Do be aware of the country’s Copyright Law
- Remember not to copypaste and publish stuff that is not
your original idea. The rightful owner can sue for copyright infringement and things can get ugly.
6. Don’t forget to give credits
- Just in case sharing from someone else (because the content is too good to not be shared), remember that we should
always give due credit to its rightful owner.
7. Do write a Disclaimer
- Sometimes we might get carried away with our strong opinions about an issue. However if we work for
an organization, it is a good idea to include a disclaimer to protect us and the company by stating that your viewpoints do not represent the company and they are solely yours.
8. Be Transparent
- With Sponsored Posts we do not want to be branded as an ambassador for a certain company because every time you talk
about that brand, our readers will equate us to it and that loses our credibility.
This week, nothing special around me. I spent most my time in investment stuffs. This morning, I went for jogging with colleague.
Generally, nothing special happens this weekend.
Nothing to blog about my story this week.
So, let me introduce you all a blog.
It's a blog made by my friend's girlfriend. She is talent in making those beautiful balloons. She then started a blog not long ago to share about her art works.
Here are some of her art works.
Let's see whether do you interested to find out more in her blog.
You can see that she made various kind of art works with balloon with different them. Nice?
You Are The Apple of My Eye had become one of the hottest movie in these few weeks. I think a lot of people are talking about it. And, I am one of them. I keep recommending to people around me. I even borrow the novel from my cousin and I finished reading it yesterday, as I posted in my blog as well, "You Are the Apple of My Eye (Novel)".
Well, besides me, I saw a lot of bloggers were posting about this movies in these few weeks. Anyway, I gathered some of the bloggers' comment here. Let's have a look.
Nikel: I watched! All about high school students story. Before this, they are naive, outstanding thinking and love story. Its remind the last time of myself.
Mr. Lonely: Overall I would rate this movie for 5 stars out of 5.
Jayren: It is a movie that really very worth to watch ! Go watch it people!
No Idea: Strongly recommended this taiwan movie, you are the apple of my eyes.
Norman: I have to say, this movie is worth my time and money watching.

Nuffnang Asia Pacific Blog Award 2011 is now here! The nomination of the awards has started last week. The nomination will be ended on 7 November 2011.
I have been following this blog for a period of time. It's now a great food blog to read. Nowadays, when I am looking for any food to eat or restaurant to visit, I always visit this blog to get ideas. It always gives me great ideas on where to hang out to have lunch with my friends during weekends.
It's another blog that I have been following for a period of time. The blogger shares a lot of traveling experience of that family, especially places in Singapore. To look for places to visit with your weekends? This perhaps a good blog to give you some ideas.
It is a late post again. I went for a bloggers gathering last Sunday (15 October 2011). That gathering was at Z Classroom, Penang's Time Square. It's just at the ground floor, near to Maybank there.
Z Classroom has just opened last month. So, I felt good to have the gathering there.
The concept of Z Classroom is 'classroom' as we can see from the name. Well, the shop is designed based on classroom. It gives us a scene to bring us back to our childhood, which is a happy moment for a lot of people.
Remember this thing? Blackboard.
There is also a cupboard where we can put our thing inside.
See this, notice board which we stick the works of the students. Remember?
Haha. See this, quite interesting.
And also, did you draw your table with correction pen (or more commonly, we called it liquid paper). Now, you have the chance to do it again!
Besides, you can go upstairs as well. And also, there is a VIP room upstairs.
So, it's quite a nice place for gathering right? About 15 bloggers attended that gathering, and we was talking, playing and enjoying the moment very much.
And we had cakes and some coffee for our tea time and some of them drank beer. Anyway, the cake tastes quite nice.
Time flied. Very fast, the gathering came to the end, we took a group photo before we left. Sadly, not all bloggers attended that day are in the photos, some left earlier and didn't appear in the photos.
I am going to start my new working life tomorrow. I mentioned in my previous post, 'Going To Work Soon', I was trying to adjust my sleeping time. I failed it twice, but I made it this morning. I successfully woke up at 6 am. I hope tomorrow I can wake up on time too.
So, today is the final day for me before start my new working life.
I went out with my cousin and her husband in the morning. We went for breakfast and then Kek Lok Si.
We actually planned to go Penang Hill after Kek Lok Si. Unfortunately, time isn't allow, I was going to attend a blogger event. So, I left them after having lunch together, and they went Penang Hill themselves.
There was a gathering of bloggers in Z Classroom, Time Square at 3.30 pm.
It was a nice event. We were chatting while forgetting the time. When I was about to leave, I realized it was already about 5.30pm.
I am going to blog about this gather in next few days. Stay tune.
